HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said one person was killed when a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck collided early Saturday morning.

Deputies responded to the 2600 block of West Mount Houston Road on Saturday morning for a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck.
The driver of the truck was pronounced dead, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

The crash had West Mount Houston closed in both directions as of 8 a.m. Saturday.
