The U.S. Navy is investigating after a Blue Angels jet conducting a flyover above Pensacola Beach in Florida, Wednesday, flew close to the beach crowded with beach-goers.

The flyover was part of the Pensacola Beach air show which runs through Saturday. A video posted to social media shows the jets flying over the crowd, close enough to send sand and items flying on the beach. No injuries were reported.

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels have been showcasing precision flight demonstrations since 1946. During the air show season, the Blue Angels team, composed of more than 150 active-duty Sailors and Marines, is stationed at Forrest Sherman Field at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida, during the April – December air show season. The squadron spends January through March training at Naval Air Facility El Centro, California.
