The automaker’s latest recall comes a month after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced in July it opened a preliminary investigation into ​1.2 million Tesla ​vehicles ⁠over reports of suspension failures that might result in a loss of ​steering control, Reuters reported.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration officials said thethat may have been manufactured or later serviced with the component described below with a supplier manufacture date of June 2, 2023, or later.

What you can do:

Owners of the recalled Tesla’s will receive notification letters by mail and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration officials noted that all Tesla dealerships and service centers will be notified about this recall.
