Evenflo is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child car seats due to an issue with the headrest that shifts unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says in certain rear or forward-facing positions, the headrest may shift position during a crash and due to this, the child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
Evenflo says the recall is for Reo by Revolve360 child seats in color variants: Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline, and Lenox.

Evenflo says a remedy for the recall is currently under development and letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed August 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. In the meantime, Evenflo says affected car seats may continue to be used in forward-facing or rear-facing mode with the headrest adjusted only to positions 1 through 9 in forward-facing mode (1 through 10 in rear-facing mode).
