Consumers can identify the recalled mattresses by a sewn-in white label on one side that says, “Prototype ID: <PU-US>.”
No injuries or incidents have been reported.
What you can do:
Consumers should stop using the mattresses immediately and contact ZCK01 by email at [email protected] to request a full refund.
As part of the refund process, consumers will be asked to write “Recalled,” their name and the date on the top surface of the mattress using permanent marker. They must then email a photo of the marked mattress to the company before disposing of it according to local or state requirements.
