SPRING, Texas – Traffic is building up in north Harris County after police say a crash involving a pedestrian happened on I-45 Friday afternoon.

The crash is in the southbound lanes of the highway near Louetta Road.
The scene is blocking the left shoulders and left lanes of both the north and southbound sides of the highway.
Harris County authorities confirmed the crash involved a vehicle and a pedestrian. The scene was reported at around 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
