Coy “Denver” Parton, who was a brother to country superstar Dolly Parton, has died at 82.

Parton, who passed away on Thursday, worked for years as a crane operator building bridges, according to his obituary. He was also a homestead farmer and loved to hunt.

The backstory:

Parton, who lived in Sevierville, Tennessee, is survived by two children and one grandchild, as well as one brother and seven sisters, along with other family members.
