What we know:
TPC Group Houston Operations, located at 8600 Park Place Boulevard, wrote in a CAER message that their facility is experiencing unusual flaring and black smoke following a power outage.

“We do not expect any impact to our employees, industrial or community neighbors, as we work to resolve the issue safely and quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused,” the message reads.
