More TNVitamins products are being pulled from shelves over Salmonella fears.
Supplement maker Total Nutrition, Inc., recalled two of its products because its highlighted ingredient may have been exposed to the potentially deadly bacteria.

The two products affected in this most recent recall are TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa 1,200 mg capsules and 100% Organic Moringa Powder. The recalled capsules have the lot number 2800 and an expiration date of February 2028, while the powder is from lot 2782 and has an expiration date of May 2028, according to the recall notice on the FDA website.

The FDA urges people who purchased the recalled items not to eat, sell, or serve them to anyone. Total Nutrition has information on its website about how to obtain a refund.

The backstory:
The affected TNVitamins were sold nationwide on the online platforms run by Amazon, Target, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, as well as the company’s own website, the FDA noted.

Just last month, Total Nutrition recalled two other moringa-based capsules, both of which were 10,000 mg doses, over similar concerns. Those products were labeled as Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood and Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa Capsules.

According to the recall website, TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa 1,200 mg Capsules come in a white bottle with a smooth white cap, and there are 90 clear capsules filled with green powder. The TNVitamins 100% Organic Moringa Powder comes in a white jar and contains 96 grams of green organic moringa powder.
