The incident unfolded around 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Archer Street, in a neighborhood near I-45 and N Main Street.

Police say a vehicle with a bullet hole reportedly crashed at the scene.
The caller also reported that they saw someone running with a gun.
Police confirm that at least one person has died.
What we don’t know:
