Graduates, meanwhile, look for communities that match their ambitions, whether that&#8217;s a big metro area full of peers and networking or a smaller city where their credentials stand out.\u00a0<\/p> <!-- --><div><\/div> <!-- --><p>&#8220;Higher education doesn\u2019t guarantee better financial opportunities in the future, but it certainly correlates with it,&#8221; said WalletHub analyst Chip Lupo. &#8220;The most educated cities provide good learning opportunities from childhood all the way through the graduate level. Adults there have a higher rate of residents pursuing higher education. Over 53% of the adults have at least a bachelor\u2019s degree and 26% have a graduate or professional degree.\u00a0<\/p> <!-- --><p><strong>San Jose, CA<\/strong><br\/>The third-most educated in the country is San Jose, CA metro area.
