Tens of thousands of toys were recalled this week over concerns that young children could easily access their tiny batteries and potentially swallow them.<\/p>

The toys\u2019 importer, ABC Trading, issued a pair of recalls that cover three different toys as well as a set of shot glasses that light up, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.\u00a0<\/p>

Approximately 84,700 toys were recalled, and the ones affected include a pink, plastic headband with white polka dots and two types of electronic pet cages, the CPSC reported. They were sold at TOYZ and Joissu Product stores across the country between November 2022 and October 2025 and cost between $5 and $9.<\/p>

Recalled Toys<\/h2>

The toy headband, model number 6300RP, has a small push button on its bow that activates the lights inside it, the recall notice explained. Pictures of the products released by the agency show the front of the bow removed and the battery sitting where the knot would be.<\/p>

The other two toys have easily accessible battery compartments on the bottoms of their bases, the pictures indicated. They were described as:<\/p>
