In the video, Floyd calls for his mother and repeatedly states he can\u2019t breathe before appearing to lose consciousness.<\/p>\n<p> <!-- --><\/p>\n<p>The  ruled Floyd\u2019s death as a homicide, citing the cause of death as cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.
