Spring & Mulberry has expanded its voluntary recall of certain chocolate bars related to potential salmonella contamination.\u00a0<\/p>

Food and Drug Administration officials said a probe identified a “single lot of date ingredient” used in the production of the organization\u2019s chocolate as the likely source of contamination.<\/p>

To date, there have been no confirmed reports of illnesses linked with the chocolate bars.\u00a0<\/p>

The agency noted that Spring & Mulberry pulled all finished products produced with the lot of date ingredient. The items involved in the recall tested negative for salmonella.<\/p>

Spring & Mulberry<\/u>chocolate bars were available to buy online through selected retail partners across the country since August 2026.<\/p>

According to the Food and Drug Administration, the items are identified by brand name (Spring & Mulberry), with the following identifiers: flavor name, lot\/batch codes, and box color.\u00a0<\/p>
