The scene is said to be on Coleburn Drive, near Tuckerton and Telge Roads.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says authorities were serving a felony warrant at the home when the wanted man reportedly barricaded himself inside the home.
Anyone near the SWAT scene is being asked to avoid the area until further notice.
