HOUSTON – A Liberty County Sheriff’s Office deputy has been arrested on several charges, jail records show.

According to jail records, Raymond Louis Winkler Jr., 58, was arrested on Friday.
He is facing the following charges:
- TAMPER W/GOVERN RCD LTC/SEAL DEFRAUD/HARM IAT
- MISUSE OF OFFICIAL INFORMATION
- 2 counts of POSS VISUAL MATERIAL DEPICT SEXUAL ASSAULT
- 5 counts of POSS/ACCESS CHILD PORNOGRAPHY SEX CONDUCT
